Final Assessment in Action
Here we have a couple of students working hard on their final show piece.
The show piece is a confectionary item that they make in class, this will be presented at their formal assessment. The students can use any medium like Pastillage, royal icing, chocolate, ginger bread etc.
This student has produced a ginger bread fruit stall with the fruits being made out of pastillage. Excellent fine work.
This student is a soccer fan, he is making the Fifa world cup out of pastillage. Once dried he is going to spray it with an eatable gold spray.
It is so good to see the Student's working with great dedication, her theme is reflection of the year past. I love the marzipan Baker, she looks quite tired?
